We're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our passionate team and help us deliver exceptional service across our bars, restaurant, and events. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love creating memorable guest experiences, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
Supervise and support the Food & Beverage team in daily operations. Ensure outstanding service in our restaurants, bar, afternoon teas, and banqueting. Assist with training and motivating staff to maintain the highest standards. Work closely with management to implement service improvements. Be a hands-on leader, stepping in to support where needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or F&B. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
