Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a delightful dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, with skills in bartending, food preparation, and catering. You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the food and beverage service, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages according to established standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks promptly. Support bartending duties, including mixing drinks and ensuring the bar area is well-stocked and tidy. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining areas, kitchens, and storage spaces, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring all aspects of service meet guest expectations. Help train new staff members on service standards and procedures as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Bartending experience is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A proactive attitude towards helping others and contributing positively to the team dynamic.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
