Our Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Team Member to join our team at the Queens Hotel. As a key part of our team, you will have the opportunity to create memorable and personalised experiences for our guests, always being ready to assist whenever needed.


Previous experience in a similar F&B environment is preferred, but don't worry - full training and ongoing development will be provided. Your passion for delivering exceptional service will shine through in everything you do, from ensuring high-quality standards to delivering that extra touch that makes every guest's experience special.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining areas. Support your team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Take pride in delivering high-quality food and beverages consistently.
