About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will support the Food & Beverage poolside service during our busy summer period (working days will include weekends, 11:00-18:30 daily).

Key Responsibilities

Provide bar and table service to our poolside guests, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Work as part of a team to maintain our high service standards.

Ensure a high standard of cleanliness of poolside areas, ensuring all empty glasses our cleared and returned to the bar.

Adhere to licensing laws, food hygiene regulations, and company policies.

Respond to guest complaints professionally, following company policy.
