Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a high standard of food safety and preparation. You will play a vital part in creating memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment, whether through bartending, catering, or general food service.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests and taking their orders accurately. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations. Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including dining and event spaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently. Adhere to food safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in bartending, catering, and hospitality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating enjoyable experiences for guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and bartending is beneficial.
