Job Summary

We are seeking a customer service driven individual to join the Juice Bros family in Bury St Edmunds. The ideal candidate will possess a food service background and be a champion in customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a delightful experience. You will be responsible for making beverages including coffees and smoothies as well as assembling salads and pitas, taking orders while delivering exceptional service, supporting with maintaining cleanliness, and small food preparation tasks.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, smoothies, and specialty drinks. Preparing and serve dishes including salads, pitas and acai bowls. Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain a clean workspace. Engage with customers to take orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Handle food preparation tasks as required, ensuring freshness and quality. Operate cash registers accurately, handling payments and providing change. Uphold the highest standards of customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Experience

Experience working in the hospitality sector. Previous barista experience is desirable. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Experience in serving or food preparation is essential. Strong time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
