Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join our team as a Food and Drinks Supervisor at The Cardan Bar and Grill.

As a Food and Drinks Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have an outstanding dining experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and drinks operations, including supervising staff, managing stock, and maintaining quality standards.

One of the most important aspects of this role is providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and attentive to the needs of our customers. You should have a passion for food and drinks and be able to provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences.

In addition to customer service, the Food and Drinks Supervisor will be responsible for training and managing staff. This includes scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and providing ongoing feedback and support to ensure that all team members are performing at their best.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a supervisory or management position within the food and beverage industry. You should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements:
