We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food and hygine and hands-on experience. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programmes that enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Duties
Design and implement comprehensive training programmes tailored to various skill levels.
Evaluate trainees' progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in food and hygiene.
Ensure all training materials are current, relevant, and engaging for participants.
Promote a culture of safety by educating employees on safe working practices and equipment handling.
Skills
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to motivate and inspire trainees, fostering a positive learning environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in planning training sessions.
Experience in developing training materials or curricula is advantageous but not essential.
Experience in delivering following training is essential requirement.
1. Food Hygiene Awareness
2. Food Safety in Catering (Level 2)

Pay: 150.00-180.00 per day
