Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Associate to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food service areas
- Assist in restocking food, supplies, and utensils
- Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Operate food service equipment efficiently
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Work during the day and evening to prepare food for display, and some food for service.
Skills
Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic food hygiene knowledge
