We're currently looking for a

friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant

with

cocktail knowledge and bar experience

to join our small, welcoming team.

Your Role:

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality service across our restaurant and bar. From breakfast to evening cocktails, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys their visit from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and serve guests in the restaurant and bar Confidently prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, and spirits Support in setting up and maintaining restaurant and bar areas Provide menu and drinks guidance, upselling where appropriate Maintain cleanliness, safety, and high presentation standards Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service

Solid cocktail and bar knowledge is required

A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings Attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest care
