Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent service to guests, assisting with food and beverage preparation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food service is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take customer orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean working environment

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively Prior experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory Basic knowledge of food safety standards is preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-12.77 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
