A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:


Providing efficient, prompt and exceptional Guest and Corporate experiences within Food & Beverage from our full service POMO restaurant to Meeting & Events. Be proactive in dealing with compliments and complaints and reporting them to the manager/supervisor as required. Ensuring Food & Beverage standards deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices. Helping set exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas. Receiving and processing guest payments.

What we need from you

Minimum of 1 year experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably within a hotel setting Communication and customer service skills Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner Possess the ability to work under pressure Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
