The Park Hotel is a vibrant three-star hotel located in North Liverpool, with an extensive events programme. We seek an experienced F&B Assistant who can join the hotel's team of hospitality professionals on a temporary basis, over the Christmas period, to achieve and enhance the exemplary levels of service deserved by our customers.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Flanagan Group in Merseyside. This role is vital in delivering outstanding service in our hotel restaurants and bars, ensuring our guests enjoy a welcoming and high-quality dining experience. Join us in creating memorable moments for our visitors.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas. Support the kitchen and bar staff as needed. Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering prompt and attentive service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Support the setup of event spaces for functions and special occasions. Follow food safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles. Knowledge of food safety standards. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team. Flexibility to adapt to busy service periods. Previous restaurant or barista experience is advantageous. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
