Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests Assist with food preparation and presentation as required Set up dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation before service Take orders accurately and handle transactions using the POS system Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety throughout all duties Support catering events by preparing and serving refreshments Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest queries promptly Restock supplies and ensure the cleanliness of workstations during shifts Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred Experience working in a restaurant environment or as a barista is advantageous Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is desirable Familiarity with food preparation techniques and presentation standards is beneficial Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential A friendly attitude with excellent communication skills is vital for delivering outstanding guest experiences

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
