Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This position involves assisting with serving Food & Drinks, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. A passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining spaces Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times. Support catering events by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Help manage inventory levels by monitoring stock supplies and reporting shortages.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations would be beneficial Experience in bartending & catering is essential . Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team. A proactive attitude towards helping colleagues and providing excellent customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A genuine interest in the food and beverage industry with a desire to grow professionally.
