We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in providing exceptional service to our guests. This role involves assisting in various aspects of food and beverage operations, including bar, cocktails, and serving food, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing guest inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining & bar areas, kitchen, and storage spaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Support events by setting up dining areas, serving guests, and clearing tables post-event. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items to guests. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their dining experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Familiarity with catering services is advantageous. Understanding of food safety practices is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role. Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
