The Food and Beverage Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a memorable experience. Duties

Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring all tables are set properly. Support catering events by setting up and dismantling service areas as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Engage with guests to provide information about menu items and address any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
