Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in our restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities
Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next service
Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred but not required; training will be provided
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
