Food & Beverage Assistant
Primary Job Purpose:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner service and provide a great service making the guest experience truly memorable. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, with a can-do attitude and commitment to making a difference.
We are happy to discuss individual requirements in terms of weekly hours
Roles and Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional levels of service to all guests responding to requests and complaints in a timely manner and ensuring guest satisfaction
Preparing the outlets ready for service and ensuring the operation is left ready for the next shift
Taking beverage orders from customers, preparing and serving drinks as requested, paying attention to detail
Assist with the receiving and storage of goods
Maintain a good food safety, hygiene standards and practices
Assists with cellar operations
Assists with the preparation of a food and beverage functions service
Cleaning of equipment
Cleaning and maintaining glassware and china for service
Preparation of waiter service stations
Preparation of tables
Maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene including wearing and maintaining a clean uniform at all times.
Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook including any department specific procedures such as cash handling and credit procedures.
Be aware of and follow all Health and Safety procedures.
