We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and presentation
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Take orders and provide menu recommendations
- Set up and clean dining areas before and after service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen, and dining areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with bartending duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or catering is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe handling practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
