Duties

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and responding to guest inquiries. Support the catering team during events, ensuring all food and beverage needs are met efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and storage spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any issues that may arise. Assist with bartending duties when required, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails. Help train new staff members on food preparation techniques and service standards as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in catering or bartending is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to team success.
