ABOUT THE ROLE



Our Food & Beverage Attendants hold integral roles as part of our front of house team. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person to be part of an exciting and unique dining experience. Food and beverage is one of the fundamental corner stones of our promise to our residents at Auriens Chelsea, that we will be innovative, adaptable and forward thinking in all that we offer within our outlets.



Our food and beverage amenities, each with a unique food concept and style are as follows: Auriens Restaurant including two Private Dining Rooms (80 covers) / The Speakeasy (Bar) / The Drawing Room / In-Apartment Dining.



The F&B Front Server will ensure the flawless service together with a multi-skilled team of food and beverage professionals.



Food & Beverage Attendants will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, actively supporting their role to ensure the seamless operation of the restaurant, bar, and library. Their responsibilities include setting up dining areas, taking orders, and serving residents and guests in accordance with Auriens standards. Additionally, they are responsible for upselling, handling daily cash and accounts, preparing reports, and submitting them to the supervisor.

The successful candidate should have experience in a luxury food & beverage operation, excellent interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and enthusiastic, and agile to adapt easily to changes. They will want to be part of a collaborative team that works hard, has a positive impact on each other's work environment and supports each other along the way. They will bring innovation and agility to the business as we refine and set the bar in later luxury living.

Excellent Food and Beverage Knowledge Passionate about service excellence High level of professionalism and integrity Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to multi task. Dynamic and flexible to work across the F&B offerings Good communicator and excellent listening skills Strong engagement skills to develop meaningful and lasting relationships with the residents and their guests




QUALIFICATIONS & EXPEREINCE



At least 2 years experience in restaurants, luxury hospitality or similar Written and verbal proficiency in English Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, EPOS, Table Management Systems Bachelor degree in Hospitality, or equivalent (desired)
