F&B Hosts (Waiting Staff)

to join our Clunie Dining Room team in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park.

About the Role

As an F&B Host, you'll help deliver exceptional dining experiences by:


Welcoming and hosting guests with warmth and professionalism Making menu recommendations and taking orders Ensuring smooth, efficient service to the highest LQA standards Keeping the restaurant clean, organised, and guest-ready Supporting the team in continually improving and exceeding expectations
You'll be part of a passionate, creative team committed to fresh food, excellent service, and going the extra mile for our guests and community.

About You

We're looking for individuals who bring:


Experience in a luxury or 5-star hospitality environment Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset A willingness to learn, grow, and embrace high standards Energy, initiative, and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
