The Loch Leven Hotel is located at the foot of mighty Glencoe and is an historic ferry Inn. With its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful loch-side location and dramatic mountain views our hotel provides an intimate setting for all our guests.
We are currently recruiting for the following role to join our fun, friendly and hardworking team, we are looking for a Hotel Duty Manager with Food and Beverage experience to come join our team for the 2025 season and possibly beyond. This is a live in job role only due to the nature of job requirements to have an onsite management team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations in the hotel
Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring a collaborative team environment
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness in all areas
Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally and courteously
What you'll need:
Previous experience in supervising or managing a team
Previous experience in similar quality of restaurant or hotel
Excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills
Keeps up with industry food and drink trends
Knowledge of EPOS systems or similar and cellar management
