What you will be doing:

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be working with and leading our Food and Beverage team in our Restaurant, Bar, Meetings, and Room Service departments to create and deliver a memorable experience to our guests.

You will be the face of the department, running of the operations, ensuring every drink item on the menu is consistently prepared and served in line with set standards. You will ensure the appropriate level of beverage storage is maintained and is stocked correctly.

We are looking for

someone who is truly and genuinely passionate about Food and Beverage operations, who thrives under pressure and has a creative approach towards leading a high performing team.
