Food & Beverage Manager
Job Description
To be responsible for the day-to-day smooth and efficient running of the bar and catering operations
To be responsible for the day to day management of the bar and catering operations
To maintain high levels of cleanliness and tidiness within the catering and bar areas and that Food Hygiene regulations are adhered to
To lead our team of bar and catering staff, communicating effectively to ensure the motivation of these staff and the smooth running of the bar and kitchen operations
To be responsible for the induction, training, development and management of all bar and Catering staff, including customer service, access, licensing and food hygiene where appropriate
Event/Catering Management for daily meals, bar sales and events
Set up of function and conference rooms
Assissting running of all events and conferences
Full Time Employment - 42.5hrs a week (Shift work) Includes weekends
Own transport required
