An exciting opportunity has become available to join one of the UK's most iconic food destinations.

The Old Original Bakewell Pudding Shop is a high profile, heritage business welcoming guests from across the UK and beyond. We are now seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to work under the direction of, and alongside, the General Manager, taking responsibility for the restaurant and cafe food & beverage operation and leading our front of house teams.

This is a hands on leadership role focused on service, standards, and people with no evening work.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, who has overall responsibility for the entire business operation, you will manage the day to day food and beverage service across the restaurant and courtyard cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily food & beverage service across the restaurant and cafe Act as the senior food & beverage presence on shift Lead, train, schedule, and motivate front of house teams Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation Ensure food and drink are delivered consistently to brand standards Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally Work closely with the General Manager to support overall business objectives

Pay: From 34,000.00 per year
