Job Description

Best Western Plus West Retford Hotel is a highly successful 63 bedroomed hotel with extensive banqueting and conference facilities and a very busy wedding and function programme and a restaurant facility.

This position for which we are seeking to recruit is for an experienced and talented manager. This is a hands-on position, and the successful candidate will have relevant experience in the management of weddings, functions and conferences as well as residents and the hotel restaurant.

The ability to motivate staff and ensure that all of the hotel's many guests receive the highest standards of customer service are essential qualities, as is the ability to work cheerfully under pressure and lead and motivate the food and beverage team.
