Food & Beverage Manager - Corporate Branded Hotel



I am looking for an experienced F&B Manager that has a strong background in corporate branded hotels and is looking for a new challenge, this senior management team have been settled for several years and due to restructure and promotion this role has now become available.

To be considered for this role you will need to have previous experience and understanding of the working dynamics in a 4-star corporate property. My client does not need a teacher who knows every fine detailed aspect of Food & Beverage, but a leader who is able to work from the front with a young team. Be hands on and be able to communicate with all departments.

Highlights of this role:



Oversee all food and beverage outlets, including the banqueting operation, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate seamlessly with all departments, leveraging your strong communication skills to drive success. Develop, train, and mentor a talented team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Preferred Requirements:



Extensive experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, with a proven track record in a branded hotel environment. Proficiency in managing high-volume, high-revenue operations, demonstrating your commercial acumen. Expertise in duty management, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the establishment. Ability to contribute to marketing initiatives, leveraging your understanding of the industry. Passion for developing and empowering your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Preferred Qualifications



Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a Hotel in the hospitality and tourism sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
