We're looking for someone hands-on, reliable, and full of initiative to join the team as our Food & Beverage Manager at Weymouth Pavilion. With four busy bars on site and a year-round calendar of events, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in high standards, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position and

includes evening and weekend work

as part of a rota.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency across all areas of food and drink service. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the smooth daily running of all four bars Maintaining cellar standards and ensuring full hygiene compliance Managing stock rotation and ordering Ensuring food and drink menus are up to date, cost-effective, and profitable Handling cash and ensuring financial accuracy Delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example Taking on Duty Manager shifts (including some evenings and weekends as part of a rota)

Essential

A Personal License

Cellar Training and experience maintaining cellar hygiene

Desirable

Previous experience in managing busy bar operations Strong money-handling and organisational skills A keen eye for menu development and food profitability Excellent customer service and communication skills
