Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that food safety and quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with health and safety regulations. Assist in catering events, ensuring that all food is presented beautifully and served efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the food preparation area and dining environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices. Support barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages as required.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with catering services and hospitality practices will be advantageous. Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety standards are essential. Barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in the role. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are key attributes for success in this position. Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week
