Food & Beverage Server

Job Duties:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Server. You will be 17 years + and have at least 1 years prior restaurant front of house experience for this position.

Our role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional service to our guests. The role primarily involves serving food and beverages, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction Thursday to Sunday. Responsibilities:-

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.-

Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.-

Deliver orders to tables and ensure accuracy.-

Provide recommendations on menu items and up sell specials.-

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.-

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.-

Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.-

Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system.-

Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements:- Previous experience in a full service restaurant is essential.

Must be over 17 years old to serve alcohol in a restaurant capacity.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.-

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.-

Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.-

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.-

Must be legally eligible to work in The UK

Schedule:- Thursdays 5PM-10PM: Fridays: 5PM-10PM - Saturdays: 3PM-10PM - Sundays: 1PM-8PM
