SEASONAL JOB - ZERO HOUR CONTRACT FROM JULY TILL SEPTEMBER 8TH - OPTION TO COME BACK FOR OTHER SEASONS

The Diglis House Hotel is a country house in the heart of Worcester. We are situated on the banks of the River Severn a short walk from the city centre. The perfect location for exploring, business and shopping.

With 33 rooms, fine dining in our conservatory restaurant and a function suite and our beautiful garden, we have an excellent reputation as a premium hotel, restaurant and function venue.

We are looking to recruit experienced part time Front of House staff members who have at least 1 year minimum bar or restaurant experience.

Duties and responsibilities:

Serving from both hotel bars, the residents bar and the function room bar. Both are busy environments with a fantastic atmosphere Ensuring all drinks are served and presented to Licencing standards and maintaining Diglis' standards at all times, from well presented drinks to a friendly, yet professional customer manner Maintaining a clean working area and ensuring all bars are stocked at the end of the shift, along with a cleaned down and well presented bar Ad-hoc duties such as serving excellent quality food to our customers either in the garden, restaurant or function rooms Assisting where necessary other staff members around the hotel

You should...

Be passionate about working in hospitality. Have a great eye for detail. Enjoy being an active member of our front of house team working in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent communication skills. Have good time management skills. Have an excellent understanding of what good customer service is and be keen to use these skills every day.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
