Your Role: Food Beverage Supervisor:

Lead the daily operations of our restaurant and confidently take charge in the absence of the management team. Support the creation of a welcoming and authentic atmosphere where our guests can truly unwind. Inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional service with precision and care. Be a shining example by upholding and protecting our service standards. Conduct engaging team briefs that inform, energize, and empower the team. Handle guest feedback professionally, utilizing our structured complaint resolution processes. Deliver smooth handovers and keep hotel management informed with relevant updates. Take ownership of opening and closing procedures, ensuring they comply with hotel standards. Drive motivation on the floor and assist the team in achieving performance and budget goals.

You bring supervisory experience from a bustling hotel or restaurant setting. You speak English confidently and excel in guest-facing roles. You are detail-oriented, organized, and professionally polished. Most importantly, you are passionate about exceptional service and team success.
