We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to food safety standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, culinary knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Duties

Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage team, ensuring smooth service and high standards of quality. Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, maintaining consistency and adherence to recipes. Oversee bartending activities, ensuring drinks are prepared to specification and served promptly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all food preparation areas. Train, mentor and supervise team members, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging team playing. Help coordinate special events or functions within the restaurant, ensuring all aspects of service are executed flawlessly. Monitor inventory levels for supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is essential. Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous. Proven ability to supervise a team effectively while maintaining high service standards. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with both staff and customers.

Pay: 10.00-13.50 per hour
