Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our busy restaurant team.

Our dining options focus on providing a produce led menu inspired by the seasons. With classic British influences and discrete service, we pour care and creativity into every dish.

This role and will cover a mixture of breakfast, lunch and evening services, candidates must be available for weekdays and weekends, you will not be required to work split shifts.

Live In accommodation is available for this role.

Key Tasks

You will be a key member of the Food & Beverage team, providing guests with a distinctive, warm, professional and intuitive service To help support and guide the team and encourage them to support one another Preparation of the Restaurant & Brasserie ahead of service to ensure guest comfort Offer expert product knowledge to guests Support the Management team in the smooth operation

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a guest facing role within a fine dining restaurant or hotel; A team player with excellent organisational and time management skills; Impeccable attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can-do attitude; Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service Excellent spoken English and have immaculate presentation skills
