The Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Food & Beverage Supervisor

to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth service, high standards, and a great experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Supervise restaurant and bar staff during service Ensure excellent customer service and product quality Assist with staff training and rota management Handle cashing up and till procedures Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and compliance with health and safety standards Support the Food & Beverage Manager with day-to-day operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage or hospitality Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and customer focus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Own transport essential
