Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of 10 F&B Assistants across restaurant, bar, and event operations.
Delegate daily tasks and ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain and drive high standards of service and cleanliness.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
Lead by example and act as a role model for the team.
Ensure compliance with brand and legal standards, including health & safety and licensing laws.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a supervisory role within food & beverage or hospitality.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A proactive and positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A genuine passion for delivering excellent guest service.
