We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Rhinefield House Hotel and Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. About the role: As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support your colleagues so they feel confident and ready for service as well as guiding them to ensure all daily tasks are completed on time and outstanding levels of service are consistently delivered. This role is permanent and full time, and it will also involve working evenings and weekends.

Although serving our guests in the bars and restaurants is of course a fundamental part of the job, this role entails so much more. You and your team will have the opportunity to deliver memorable experiences and to make someone\xe2\x80\x99s day, every day by personalising each and every guest experience with your own individual style and personality.

You will be an attentive person who can spot in seconds when someone is trying to catch your eye for the bill, or their glass needs topping up. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also have a big responsibility for maintaining the safety and well being of our guests, from allergy awareness to standards of cleanliness. About you:

• You\xe2\x80\x99ll have at least two years\xe2\x80\x99 recent experience working as part of a bar team with good knowledge of beverages and allergens. Wine or cocktail knowledge is desirable.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a team player with a professional approach, bags of enthusiasm and a big smile.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll take pride in your appearance, and proud to be the face of Hand Picked.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a stickler for hygiene and be able to demonstrate best practice.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• Most of all, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have a friendly, positive and proactive manner.

• A competitive salary package of \xc2\xa314.75 per hour on a 40 hour per week contract. Annual salary based on 40 hours is \xc2\xa330,680.00 per annum, any additional hours will be paid at the hourly rate. Plus service charge.
