The Ideal Individual:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar position for a Hotel or Restaurant as well as proven experience of working in a luxury environment.



You will be experienced in being responsible for Food & Beverage operations at a Supervisory level and have a flair and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.



The ideal individual will have the ability to motivate, inspire and engage with the team.



You will have an eye for detail and be able to prioritise with a positive demeanour.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain standards, complying with company and legal requirements. Be fully aware of the day's operations, reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. Communicate effectively all departments ensuring every guest receives the warmest welcome and a smooth guest journey through your contribution to delivering service of a luxury standard. Co-ordinate daily front of house and back of house restaurant and bar operations. Regularly review product quality and update management team. Lead by example, engage, motivate and inspire the Food & Beverage team to continuously develop their skills. Ensuring a presence on the floor to guests and colleagues always. Ensure an excellent last impression for every one of our guests.
