As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Britannic Explorer, A Belmond Train, you are part of a team that is responsible for the restaurant and bar operations aboard the luxury train. In this role, you will ensure an exceptional Food & Beverage service is provided to our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and storytelling in travel, a strong cultural awareness and an unswerving approach to maintaining standards. Primary Responsibilities Include:

This is a seasonal role which runs from March to November in 2026. Managing guests' dietary requirements. Taking guests' orders. Ensuring LQA standards are met and maintained. Ensuring all F&B cleaning is complete based on the Standard Operating Procedure and reported accordingly. Maintaining F&B stock level, both operational and supplies, including china, crockery and glassware.

Requirements:

What You Bring:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. Hospitality qualification an advantage. Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative. Good administration, organisational and customer-service skills. Extensive food and beverage product knowledge. Working knowledge of MS Office.
