Food & Beverage Supervisor - The Lodge

Full-Time | Early mornings, weekends, and late shifts required

14 per hour / 29,120 per annum

Join our vibrant team at Kippie Lodge as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. We're looking for an experienced leader with 3-4 years of supervisory experience in hospitality and a strong knowledge of bar operations, wine service, and beer plant maintenance.

Your role:

Lead and motivate the Food & Beverage team

Ensure exceptional service and high standards

Manage stock, bar maintenance, and event setups

Handle member queries and maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

3-4 years supervisory experience in food & beverage

Knowledge of bar, wine, and beer systems

Full-time availability including early mornings, weekends, and late shifts
