We are looking for a talented person to join our

Food & Beverage Team

as a

F&B Supervisor

overseeing our Blossoms Restaurant & Bar, providing guest dining, afternoon tea, events & functions. Located in the beautiful surroundings of Rutland Hall Hotel & Spa.

The Role:

You will be the first contact with every guest so must maintain high standards of customer service in a professional but relaxed way and take pride in keeping the Restaurant and Bar looking at it's best. You will provide training and development to junior members of the team in a positive and productive way. You will be expected to continually develop ways of increasing quality of service. To handle cash, including credit/debit card procedures, till operations, cashing up and depositing cash at the closure of a shift. To prepare and serve all beverages including coffee, soft drinks, cocktails and alcohol. Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the hotel wine lists, advising guests on beverage and food accompaniments as required along with providing training to other staff on these.

will:

demonstrate a good grounding in delivering a food & beverage service have outstanding customer service skills with an eye for detail have a proven record as a strong team supervisor in a similar environment possess a strong knowledge of high end food, cocktail making, wines and cheeses have an ability to supervise team members ensuring they deliver consistent quality of service be determined to create a memorable guest experience possess energy & enthusiasm for their work and hospitality
