Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are now seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dedicated team and help us continue to provide memorable experiences for our guests.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll take an active role in the daily running of the business and events. You'll lead by example, ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service from start to finish and that our high standards are maintained across all F&B areas

Set in beautifully landscaped grounds overlooking the Eden Valley, Roundthorn Country House is a stylish and welcoming hotel known for its exceptional service, fine food, and relaxed atmosphere. We host a wide range of events -- from elegant weddings and private dining to business functions and afternoon teas -- all delivered with a personal touch. We also were awarded Wedding Venue of the Year 2024, presented by Cumbria Tourism.

About you

Friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering great service. Strong organisational skills. Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings. Good knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support the F&B team during service events and the day to day running of the business. Deliver an outstanding guest experience with a focus on quality and attention to detail. Work closely with the management team to ensure all F&B services run efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
