We are a 4privately owned Hotel on the outskirts of Swindon with 108 bedrooms, 3 Bars, 2 Restaurants, extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities, Leisure Club & Beauty Salon.

Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor
with a passion for food & drink to join our team.Requirements:
To have excellent Food & Beverage knowledge and service skills. To be responsible for a smooth running of the restaurant & bar outlets To drive staff training and ensure a high quality hospitality service is delivered. To have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile. Have a passion for food and drink Ensure an efficient service is provided at all times Cellar Management
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in this role type, within a 4 Hotel environment
Excellent Customer service skills Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels Experience of supervising and motivating an F&B team within a Hotel environment A positive attitude Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Hours of Work:
You will be required to work 5 days over 7 which will include weekends on a rota basis. Shifts will include 6am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 5pm - 2amBenefits include:
