We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service and quality within our food and beverage operations. Duties

Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Manage and train team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth. Assist in the planning and execution of menus, ensuring culinary excellence in all offerings. Monitor food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and company policies. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Handle customer inquiries and feedback, striving to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Assist in bartending duties when required, showcasing knowledge of beverages and mixology.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Culinary experience is advantageous, along with familiarity with kitchen operations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous bartending experience is desirable but not essential.
