About this role...
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic F&B Team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor.
You will be working closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the department. Key focus will be on ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience, department preparation, food and drink service and team member training.
What we're looking for...

  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • The ability to upsell and motivate team members into doing this
  • Excellent communication to all customers, including team members
  • Knowledge of running an F&B Department including basic knowledge of rotas, P&L's and F&B systems
  • The ability to delegate tasks and supervise team members
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
  • The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively
  • Have the confidence in thinking of cost effective new ideas by networking
  • The ability to complete tasks efficiently and in timely manner

About Company: The Drift Inn is an amazing place to work.
