About this role...
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic F&B Team as an F&B Supervisor.
You'll be working closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the department. Key focus will be on ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience, department preparation, food and drink service, and team member training. You will be provided with training in all aspects of the role and support from a dedicated management team.
What we're looking for...

  • Enthusiasm for getting stuck in and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • The ability to upsell and motivate team members into doing this
  • Excellent communication to all customers, team members and departments
  • The ability to delegate tasks and supervise team members
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
  • The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively
  • The ability to complete tasks efficiently and to given deadlines
  • The confidence to oversee the running of the venue as Duty Manager

About Company: The Woodlands Event Centre is a fantastic place. An extensive refurbishment was completed in March 2019 and now Centre comprises The Rosewood Suite as its main meeting & event space as well as 16 flexible events spaces; Paddy & Scott's fuelling station, which serves great craft coffee and snacks; The Olive Restaurant which incorporates 'The Food Market' which provides an extensive selection of food including an amazing pizza oven with an Olive tree at its centre and additional creative spaces perfect for networking, relaxing and brainstorming.
