Food & Beverage Team Members are required to work in all areas of the Club. The successful candidate will ideally have previous hospitality/leisure industry experience. They must have a positive attitude, be a team player and be able to always deliver excellent customer service.

The role will also cover our newly refurbished reception area, and would be responsible checking in customers, making sure all queries are dealt with and to provide excellent owner and guest experience.

Duties will include:


Assisting in the preparation of food Cleaning duties and washing up Bar service Dealing with Guest and Owners queries Reception and Admin Working within the Food & Beverage department carrying out reasonable duties as and when required by the management team. Delivering excellent customer service Providing phone cover for the main reception desk Checking in customers, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and courteously Taking bookings and payments for holidays Cash handling for reception and end of day reconciliation Ensuring the Reception area always remains tidy and presentable Dealing with any general enquiries relating to park issues (i.e. maintenance etc.) Assisting with any ad-hoc administrative items such as post, filing, photocopying, typing etc.
This is a seasonal role, zero hour contract. The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
