Ship Inn Dymchurch is a family run Gastropub with five beautiful letting rooms. We have a great team, that works well together and prides themselves in delivering great customer service. We offer local products to our customers, serving breakfast for in house guest, lunch & dinner 7 days a week.
Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Managing shift operations
- Ensuring high-quality service is provided to guests
- Monitoring food & beverage presentation and quality
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Training and supervising staff members
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless coordination of events
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a team leader role within the hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
